Hidden Creek Landscaping, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Account Manager in Hilliard, OH, to manage a portfolio of maintenance clients and serve as the bridge between clients and production teams.

You will build relationships, identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while collaborating across departments to meet budget and quality standards. This role requires proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to Hidden Creek's

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management, customer success, property management, landscaping, construction, or a related industry
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Experience creating estimates or proposals preferred
• Financial understanding of budgets and profitability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for maintenance clients; build long-term relationships and conduct site visits
• Identify enhancement opportunities; prepare proposals and renewals; support onboarding
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure scope, schedule, and quality
• Support account profitability; monitor budgets and invoicing
• Perform quality inspections and ensure service meets standards; follow up on concerns
