Job summary

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Support Technician to join our manufacturing team onsite in Charlotte. You will monitor oil levels in CNC machines, perform oil and filter changes, assist with repairs, and carry out preventative maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have experience with lubrication products, mechanical troubleshooting, and a safety-minded approach. Millwright experience is a plus.

• Preventative maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Millwright experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Maintenance Support Technician to join a manufacturing team supporting CNC machining operations. If you're mechanically inclined and have experience with equipment maintenance, lubrication systems, automotive repair, or industrial environments, we want to hear from you.

Maintenance Support Technician

Location: Onsite
Pay: $22.76/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing

• Monitor and maintain oil levels in CNC machines

• Change oil and air filters on equipment and machinery

• Clean pits, coolant reservoirs, and oil tanks

• Assist maintenance technicians with CNC machine repairs

• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the facility

• Track oil levels and maintain maintenance logs

Pay Details: $22.76 per hour
