Job summary

Lithia Ford of Fresno is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general building and facility maintenance at the Fresno dealership. Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to support dealership operations and customer demand.

You will address electrical, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, painting, and other maintenance tasks, inspect facilities, and keep the environment clean, safe, and well maintained. Prior commercial maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior commercial maintenance, facilities, or building maintenance experience.
• Basic electrical knowledge is helpful.
• Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building and facility maintenance.
• Handle basic repairs, troubleshooting, and upkeep.
• Help with electrical maintenance and repairs.
• Help maintain Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems and address basic issues.
• Perform plumbing, drywall, painting, and other general maintenance work.
• Inspect facilities and identify maintenance needs.
• Keep the dealership clean, safe, functional, and well maintained.
• Work with the team to address maintenance needs throughout the facility.
