Lithia Ford of Fresno is seeking a Maintenance professional to perform general building and facility upkeep at our Fresno dealership. The role supports dealership operations with flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet customer demand.

Candidates should have prior commercial maintenance experience; basic electrical knowledge is helpful, and HVAC experience is a bonus. A valid driver's license is required, with a drive-ready record for local facilities work.

• Handle a variety of hands-on maintenance tasks

Responsibilities

• Perform general building and facility maintenance
• Handle basic repairs, troubleshooting, and upkeep
• Help with electrical maintenance and repairs
• Help maintain Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems and address basic issues
• Perform plumbing, drywall, painting, and other general maintenance work
• Inspect facilities and identify maintenance needs
• Keep the dealership clean, safe, functional, and well maintained
• Work with the team to address maintenance needs throughout the facility

Hiring Details

Hiring: Maintenance Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 Hourly Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Total Rewards

The Hourly Pay Range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
