Bridgewater State University is seeking a Maintainer I, Custodian - Floater to help keep a clean, safe campus for students, faculty, and staff. This full-time AFSCME position follows a Tuesday–Saturday schedule and is considered essential.
The role covers custodial work across facilities, restrooms, floors, furniture, and snow removal, requiring physical stamina and teamwork in a diverse community.

Full-time, 12 Month, This is an AFSCME unit position and is subject to the terms of that union agreement.
TOUR OF DUTY : Tuesday – Saturday, 7:30 am- 4:00 pm (Sunday and Monday as days off) (Subject to change)
