Unicorr Packaging Group in Bensalem, PA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to service corrugated manufacturing equipment. The role requires night shifts with occasional overtime, and offers full‑time employment and benefits. Join a family‑owned manufacturer serving regional, national, and global customers.

You will work with predictive and preventative maintenance practices, perform repairs on drives, bearings and pumps, and ensure safe, reliable operation of our packaging systems.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant industrial experience.
• Willingness to work night shift with overtime including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Basic computer skills: Excel, MS Word, and email.
• Understanding of preventive/predictive/proactive maintenance concepts.
• Ability to inspect, repair and troubleshoot mechanical drive systems and pumps.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively.
• Work at heights, in pits and confined spaces.
• Basic machinist skills and lubrication knowledge.

Pay: $20.00 - $33.00 per hour

Unicorr Packaging Group, a family-owned leading manufacturer of corrugated and protective packaging, seeks experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Bensalem PA.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to perform routine service, setup, adjustment and repairs of corrugated manufacturing and converting equipment
• Perform Predictive & Preventative tasks associated on heavy industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Identify and correct defects in equipment during preventative maintenance inspections
• Installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of typical ball & roller bearings
• Proficient at using hand tools, portable electric tools & maintenance shop equipment
• Rebuild spare equipment and components.
• Precision measurements of bearing fits and mounting tolerances.
• Identify, plan, execute mechanical maintenance tasks
• Work within an operations driven team environment to resolve issues and improve performance.

Skills and Knowledge:

• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in an industrial or commercial setting
• Must be able to work night shift with occasional overtime including nights, holidays, weekends
