Unicorr Packaging Group in Bensalem, PA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to service corrugated manufacturing equipment. You will work with predictive and preventative maintenance practices, perform repairs on drives, bearings and pumps, and ensure safe, reliable operation of our packaging systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant industrial experience.
• Willingness to work night shift with overtime including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Basic computer skills: Excel, MS Word, and email.
• Understanding of preventive/predictive/proactive maintenance concepts.
• Ability to inspect, repair and troubleshoot mechanical drive systems and pumps.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively.
• Work at heights, in pits and confined spaces.
• Basic machinist skills and lubrication knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine service, setup, adjustment and repairs of corrugated equipment.
• Execute predictive and preventative maintenance on heavy industrial machinery.
• Identify defects and correct during inspections.
• Install, troubleshoot and maintain bearings and drive systems.
• Use hand tools, portable electric tools and shop equipment.
• Rebuild spare equipment and components.
• Take precise bearing fits and mounting tolerances.
• Plan and execute mechanical maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve issues and improve performance.
