Job summary

IBM invites a technologically curious intern to join the IBM Z WSC Advisory team. You will learn IBM z/OS, Parallel Sysplex, and resiliency concepts while supporting the Health Check and Resiliency Center initiatives.

You'll gain exposure to enterprise-class systems, IBM Z labs, and real client environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to workshops, and help create client-facing materials for IBM Z events.

Qualifications

• Working toward a Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C.
• Basic understanding of enterprise OS, IT infra, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client environments and deliver tailored technical recommendations.
• Coordinate with development teams to address client requests.
• Engage with support resources to stay informed on priorities and issues.
• Support account teams in client engagements and RFPs.
• Help design resiliency workshops and client education materials.
