Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive training program to develop entry-level technical skills in a specific technical discipline.
• Work with a mentor to gain on-the-job training over a set time frame.
• Shadow team members on project work and maintenance activity.
• Attend internal and external technology training sessions (classroom, webinars, vendor conferences).
• Shadow team with after-hour support for project implementations or incident response.
• Read existing procedures and participate in capacity planning discussions.
• Shadow team in responding to and resolving incidents.
• Understand and adhere to risk and regulatory standards and escalation processes.
