# **Overview:**Participates in training programs hosted by the Tech Academy designed to develop entry-level technical skills across a variety of technology disciplines. Responsible for learning the base technology utilized by the team, including obtaining knowledge about operating systems, software systems, and related procedures.## **Primary Responsibilities:*** Complete a comprehensive training program to develop entry-level technical skills in a specific technical discipline such as Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or Data & Analytics.* Work alongside a mentor to complete on-the-job training over a set time frame to gain a broader understanding of their technology discipline, how specific technologies are utilized at the Bank, and how those technologies work together to deliver solutions and services to internal and external customers.* Shadow team members as they complete project work and maintenance activity.* Attend internal and external technology training from classroom training, webinars, vendor conferences, and/or from more senior members of the team.* Shadow team with after hour support for project implementations or responding to incidents.* Read existing procedures specific to activities the staff is engaged in.* Participate in capacity planning discussions.* Shadow team in responding to and resolving incidents.* Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.
