Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; enrollment or successful completion of a bank-approved technology skills development program.
• Proficiency with personal computers and common software: spreadsheets, word processing, databases, presentation and email tools.
• Ability to learn new technical skills and communicate effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication and proven interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive training program to develop entry-level technical skills in a discipline such as Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or Data & Analytics.
• Work with a mentor to gain on-the-job training and understand technology in the Bank.
• Complete basic to intermediate systems analysis, design and development.
• Support projects as an individual contributor and assist clients with problems.
