Job summary

enGen is seeking a Mainframe Storage Administrator to join the IT Mainframe Storage Management Team. You will learn and assist with implementing all Mainframe Storage Hardware and Software, and day-to-day Mainframe Storage Operations, while ensuring compliance with standards.

You will participate in weekly on-call rotations and collaborate with IT, product, analytics and business teams to deliver reliable storage solutions and maintain system integrity.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in analyzing, designing, coding, testing or implementing technical solutions with production support.
• 3 years of technical problem solving and cross-team collaboration.
• 3 years of core computer science concepts and operating systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, code, test and implement technical solutions with limited defects.
• Collaborate with IT, product, analytics and business teams to gather requirements.
• Monitor progress against schedule and report issues to leadership.
• Document processes and participate in technical reviews.
• Ensure solution alignment with enterprise goals and standards.
