• Analyze and troubleshoot failed mainframe jobs (JCL).
• Perform root cause analysis and support ad hoc job execution.
• Maintain and update incident tracking (ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence).
• Monitor and respond to application group mailbox.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and create JIRA stories for follow-up.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Mainframe Production Support (application support required).

Technologies / Tools

• JCL, COBOL, CICS, DB2, CA7, IDCAMS, Mainvie
• Experience with ticketing and documentation tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence or similar).
• Ability to work in a high-volume, production-critical environment.
