Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. seeks a Sr Mainframe Production Support Analyst to join the client’s Mainframe Operations team. The role is based in Pennington, NJ with Charlotte, NC and Jacksonville, FL as hybrid locations, three days onsite per week.

You will monitor and support mainframe components and drive incident resolution to ensure high availability. Ideal candidates have strong DB2, Cobol II, JCL, and tools experience, hands-on debugging with Intertest/TMONG, and familiarity with CA7/OPC

Qualifications

Strong mainframe experience with DB2, Cobol II, JCL and utilities.
Knowledge of BMC DB2 Catalog Manager and Application Performance Analyzer.
Hands-on debugging with Intertest and TMONG for CICS and Batch programs.
Familiarity with VSAM, utilities, and mainframe scheduling tools OPC/CA7.
Financial services background is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide production support for mainframe systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
Monitor system health and troubleshoot DB2, Cobol, CICS, IMS and other mainframe components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Assist in system upgrades and maintenance activities.
Document processes to enhance operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.
