Responsibilities

• Performs file transfers using various delivery methods; provides Tier 1 support to department calls and emails.
• Performs routine requests and troubleshooting; escalates to Technology management as appropriate.
• Operates and maintains peripheral equipment (tape drives, hard drives, cd/dvd drives, printers, consoles).
• Maintains daily processing logs and checklists; prints and delivers required reports.
• Follows change control procedures; manages daily mainframe operations per shift.
• Communicates with end users and Technology organization as needed.
