Job summary

Broadcom's Mainframe Software Division seeks an experienced Community Manager to drive user adoption, engagement, and retention across online communities. You will serve as the hub between customers and product teams, ensuring privacy, security, and premier education programs.

You will moderate public forums and lead private validation spaces, partnering with Product Management, Education, Support, and Marketing to align with division goals. Office-based role with no remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience, or a Master's with 5+ years.
• Four or more years in an online community engagement role.
• Advanced time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Broadcom's Mainframe Software Division online communities.
• Monitor discussions and moderation queue to ensure professional conversations.
• Coordinate gated, private validation spaces for pre-release software.
• Collaborate with Product Management to host training opportunities.
• Analyze community metrics and health indicators.
