Job summary

Broadcom is seeking an experienced Community Manager for the Mainframe Software Division in Melville, NY. The role focuses on driving user adoption, engagement, and retention across online communities, working with product, education, support, and documentation teams.

You will moderate Higher Logic spaces, lead ideation programs, and ensure privacy for gated pre-release feedback while aligning with enterprise goals. In-office attendance is required with no current remote option.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in online community engagement or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years related experience; or Master's with 3+ years.
• Excellent time management, facilitation, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Broadcom's online product, education, and private validation communities.
• Monitor discussions and moderation queue to ensure professional behavior.
• Oversee ideation platform for user-submitted functionality requests.
• Coordinate gated private validation spaces with Product Management for pre-release software.
• Collaborate with Education team to host and promote training opportunities.
• Liaise between customers, Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Marketing.
