Broadcom's Mainframe Software Division is seeking an experienced Community Manager to monitor and enhance online community programs, driving user adoption, engagement, and retention. This role serves as the hub across product, education, support, and documentation teams, focusing on customer collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years related experience.
• 5+ years in online community engagement.
• Strong time management, facilitation and organization.
• Experience managing stakeholders.
• Knowledge of change management principles.
• Ability to work in a physical office.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Broadcom's online communities, including forum settings and access issues.
• Monitor discussions and moderation queue daily to ensure professional conversations.
• Oversee ideation platform for user requests and action when appropriate.
• Coordinate gated, private validation spaces with Product Management for pre-release software.
• Collaborate with Education team to host training opportunities.
• Liaise between customers, Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Marketing teams.
• Analyze community metrics and health indicators as part of broader strategy.
• Build a customer recognition program for active participants in Education and Engagement programs.
• Assist with in-person events as required.
