The Fedcap Group in Maine seeks an experienced Senior Director to lead its statewide workforce services contract. This executive role covers 16 locations and approximately 150 employees across Maine.

You will direct contract performance, financial stewardship, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and staff leadership to deliver outcomes for participants and employers. A strong track record in public-sector contracts and workforce development is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive executive leadership experience.
  • Experience leading large, publicly funded contracts or multi-site operations.
  • Experience working with state agencies, government funders, employers, and community partners.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout Maine.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Maine workforce contract across 16 locations.
  • Translate mission and values into measurable outcomes and performance expectations.
  • Oversee contract performance, compliance, reporting, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with the State of Maine and funders.
  • Lead talent development and foster a culture of accountability and service excellence.
