Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Maine workforce contract across 16 locations.
  • Oversee contract performance, compliance, budgets, reporting, and quality assurance.
  • Lead a high-performing leadership team and coordinate with state agencies, funders, and partners.
  • Foster relationships with government partners, employers, and community organizations.
  • Drive program outcomes, participant mobility, and sustainability of the contract.
