Job summary

The Fedcap Group seeks an experienced Senior Director to lead its statewide Maine workforce services contract. This executive role covers 16 locations and roughly 150 employees, with accountability for contract performance, financial stewardship, compliance, and stakeholder engagement across Maine.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of executive leadership in workforce development or related field.
• Experience leading large, publicly funded contracts or multi-site operations.
• Strong financial, program, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive performance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Maine workforce contract across 16 locations.
• Oversee contract performance, compliance, budgets, reporting, and quality assurance.
• Lead a high-performing leadership team and coordinate with state agencies, funders, and partners.
• Foster relationships with government partners, employers, and community organizations.
• Drive program outcomes, participant mobility, and sustainability of the contract.
