Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Main OR (Days) in Mineola, NY. This leadership role oversees clinical operations, ensuring excellence in patient care and staff development in a designated time period.

You will collaborate with interprofessional teams to sustain high quality, patient experience, and operational efficiency while supporting onboarding and performance evaluation of staff across care disciplines.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing is required.
• 2+ years of nursing experience is required.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in New York State is required.
• Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association is required.
