Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking Main Line Service Technicians in the Los Angeles area. You will inspect, diagnose, repair, and recondition pre-owned vehicles to dealership and manufacturer standards, ensuring vehicles are retail-ready with high quality and safety.

A minimum of 1 year of automotive technician experience is required; ASE certifications are preferred but not required. The role offers a flat-rate pay structure with incentives based on production productivity.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and recondition pre-owned vehicles to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Ensure all used vehicles are retail-ready by completing quality inspections and necessary repairs.
• Perform mechanical and cosmetic reconditioning to prepare vehicles for sale.
• Deliver high-quality expertise while meeting safety, quality, and production standards.
• Help ensure every pre-owned vehicle is customer-ready before it reaches the sales lot.
