Requirements
  • The Service Quick Lane Technician creates an exceptional customer experience while fostering customer loyalty.
  • Responsible for diagnostics and repairs of customers' and dealerships' vehicles.
  • Must be able to operate a vehicle.
  • Understand dealership computer systems.
  • Attend company and factory training.
  • Stay current with manufacturer warranty requirements.
  • Adhere to Snell Privacy and Information Security Policies.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and co-workers.
  • Answer customers’ technical questions regarding vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Have knowledge of automotive systems in general.
  • Review service orders and inspect vehicles for necessary repairs.
  • Stay informed about new models and product improvements.
  • Understand warranty guidelines and relate them to warranty service repair orders.
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers throughout the repair process.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for three or more hours.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least eighteen years old.
  • Valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements.
  • Pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test).
