Job summary

LanceSoft Inc is seeking a temporary-to-engage Mailroom/Support Associate to process inbound and outbound mail for three area offices (Sumner, Seattle, Issaquah). The role is customer-facing, with daily use of Microsoft Office applications.

Office duties are performed in a warehouse environment, requiring the use of hand trucks, dollies, and pallet jacks. The position is 0-3+ months, with a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 am – 4:30 pm).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound mail for three area offices (Sumner, Seattle, Issaquah).
• Assist customers in person and via remote support as needed.
• Utilize MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) daily.
• Operate at a warehouse dock, handling mail and parcels with hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and walk on concrete for route-related tasks.
• Work in a team with flexibility to meet customer needs.
