BrightKey, Inc. in Hershey, PA is seeking an experienced Mail Clerk for a first shift role. This position involves sorting, screening, and delivering mail within the office building, with potential backup driving duties in local areas.

Formación

• Prior Corporate/office Mail Room experience preferred.
• Familiarity with mail room equipment (postage machines, scanners).
• Good customer service skills required to support onsite customers.
• Organizational skills and experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to lift boxes/packages up to 75 lbs.

• Inbound Mail and Package Sorting
• Processing Outbound Mail and Packages
• Signing for Incoming Packages
• Delivering mail and packages within the office building to customers
• Assisting in various duties as assigned
• Occasionally acting as backup driver to deliver mail to other locations
