Job summary

PSECU Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union is seeking a Mailroom MSR to support mail handling operations at the Elmerton Office and Harrisburg area branches. Responsibilities include sorting USPS mail, delivering to internal units, and processing outbound items.

The position runs Monday–Friday from 6:30am to 2:30pm and is 100% onsite. Applicants should have a High School diploma, a PA driver’s license, and auto insurance; driving may be required.

Qualifications

• High School (Required) Any equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Must carry auto insurance and provide proof of the current policy on a six month basis coincident with renewal.
• Must have the ability to drive and possess a valid PA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Mail Handling: Sort and deliver incoming USPS mail to internal PSECU business units.
• Automated Processing: Operate equipment to process outbound items for pickup by PSECU mail vendors.
• Tracking: Scan and update electronic tracking for pieces received from various couriers to PSECU business units.
• Manifest Management: Complete daily processing manifests for items submitted to PSECU mail vendors.
• Packet Fulfillment: Assists with daily non-automation… Letters and Brochures requests.
• Performs courier duties: Drives company van or POV to transport mailing projects to the Post Office.
• End-of-Day Processing: Deliver end-of-day items and accountable mail to USPS facility.
• Other duties as assigned.
