BrightKey is seeking an experienced Mail Clerk to join our Hershey, PA team. You will sort and screen mail, deliver within the office, and assist with various duties to ensure smooth mail operations. A valid driver’s license and strong organizational skills are required.

We offer competitive benefits, PTO, and a 401K with company match. Schedule is Monday to Friday, first shift, in-office role supporting onsite customers.

Formación

• Prior Corporate/office Mail Room, or Postal Service (USPS) Experience is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Mail Room Equipment (postage machines, scanners, etc.)
• Good customer service skills is required as this position supports onsite customers.
• Organizational Skills & Experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Professional Communications & Ability to Work with Vendors
• Basic Computer and Data Entry Skills
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to Lift Boxes/Packages (up to 75lbs)

Compensation & Benefits for the Mail Clerk:

• Starting pay rate of $15.50 - $16.50 per hour

Hours & Logistics:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Hours: First Shift (7:00am - 3:30pm)
• Location: Hershey, PA
