FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a dependable Mailroom Specialist to join our operations team in Fort Worth. You will process a high volume of shipments in a secure, fast-paced environment, open packages, verify contents, and maintain records to ensure accurate receiving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Comfortable following detailed procedures and security protocols.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a mailroom, warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory control, fulfillment, or similar environment is preferred.
• Experience handling high-value merchandise is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Must successfully pass all required background and security screenings.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and process incoming shipments and packages.
• Open packages and inspect contents with care and accuracy.
• Verify shipment contents against supporting documentation and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, counts, and tracking information.
• Follow established security, handling, and chain-of-custody procedures.
• Safeguard valuable merchandise and maintain accountability throughout the receiving process.
• Report damaged, missing, or improperly prepared shipments.
• Keep work areas organized, clean, and efficient.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.
• Perform repetitive tasks with consistent attention to detail.
• Comply with all company safety, security, and operational policies.
