to 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, in Medford. Responsibilities include sorting mail to USPS standards, handling interoffice mail, supporting deliveries and pickups, and assisting with vacations coverage.

Qualifikationen

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Aufgaben

• Assist with administrative duties for corporate responsibility including supplier diversity and sustainability reporting.
• Assist with sorting outgoing mail according to USPS standards.
• Assist sorting interoffice mail throughout the day.
• Support the deliveries and pick-ups of mail throughout One Eastern Place.
• Support for vacations and sick time.
• Back Up in the shipping and receiving process/delivery of overnight parcels using computer tracking system.
• Manages furniture inventory for General Services.
• Manages content for Supplier Diversity and Sustainability on intranet for Purchasing.
• Assists with the day-to-day mail room operations as necessary.
