Job summary

Stable is seeking a Processing Center Specialist in Dallas to be at the heart of our mail operations, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of customers' physical mail. You will be among the first employees in our Dallas processing center and help maintain reliability and quality.

Your day-to-day includes receiving and uploading mail, fulfilling requests, operating processing equipment, managing inventory, and coordinating with vendors and the customer experience team to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a mailroom, inventory, warehouse, or processing center is a plus.
• Able to work in person Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM (shift hours may change).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to operate processing center equipment such as scanners and label printers.
• Effective communication with team members, supervisors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Accept and unload incoming mail, including lifting and moving envelopes and packages.
• Sort incoming mail with barcodes and labels for tracking and processing.
• Fulfill customer requests through Stable’s software (scan, upload, forwarding, shredding, etc.).
• Endorse and deposit bank checks; shred mail as needed.
• Maintain and operate mail processing equipment and track inventory.
• Communicate updates to team and escalate issues when needed.
