Job summary

Stable is seeking a Processing Center Shift Lead in our Dallas processing center to oversee daily mail operations on your shift, ensuring accurate and on-time processing. You will act as a player-coach, performing hands-on tasks while guiding the team to maintain reliability and quality for customers.

You will coordinate workflows, handle escalations, and train teammates to follow SOPs in a fast-paced startup environment, contributing to scalable mail operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior lead or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Experience in a mailroom, warehouse, or processing environment preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in mail processing and supervise the team on the floor.
• Assign tasks and manage workload to meet daily deadlines.
• Operate equipment (scanners, printers, scales) and troubleshoot issues.
• Handle customer requests, including scanning and forwarding mail.
• Escalate major issues to the Processing Center Manager when needed.
