Job summary

Paradigm in Sioux Falls is seeking an experienced Mail Services Operations Manager to lead the Mailing Services team and drive performance, accuracy, and client satisfaction.

You will oversee mail processing, medical records handling, vendor relationships, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring privacy, compliance, and scalable service delivery for our health-focused operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational leadership experience.
• 3–5+ years of management experience, including people leadership.
• Experience leading multi-functional administrative, operational, or service-oriented teams.
• Experience managing departmental performance metrics, workforce planning, and operational improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Mailing Services operations and SLA management.
• Forecast resource needs and optimize staffing and workflow.
• Develop vendor partnerships and manage equipment strategies.
• Lead workforce planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with PHI, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
