Responsibilities

• Process incoming service/maintenance or supplies requests and place orders with vendors.
• Deliver and sort USPS/Inter-Office mail daily; manage mailroom duties.
• Coordinate daily mail pick-ups and ensure on-time deliveries to various locations.
• Perform weekly pickup/delivery of collateral, supplies, and equipment.
• Process vendor invoices for payment and keep supplies stocked and maintained.
