Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day back-office operations, including deposit product maintenance, monetary processing, return items, compliance related items, lockbox, micrographics, legal processing, and ACH processing.
• Assist with monitoring and coordinating all processes related to deposit operations processing and follow-up with related initiatives.
• Maintain KPI logs and provide input on procedure updates.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, rules and regulations, and company policies.
