Job summary

Compass Group USA's ESFM division is seeking a full-time Mailroom Clerk at Analog Devices, Wilmington, MA. The role processes mail and distribution items with high level of customer service; handle USPS and courier mail, packaging, and records.

The position requires a high school diploma, shipping knowledge, and experience with shipping software; hours are Mon-Fri with pay range $23–$24 per hour, details discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred Dangerous Goods shipping certificate (49 CFR & IATA).
• Preferred knowledge of domestic and international shipping of Dangerous & Non-Dangerous Goods.
• Preferred experience using shipping software required by common shipping carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx).

Responsibilities

• Receives, sorts, delivers, and processes courier items and USPS mail.
• Verifies and records incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Tracks courier and accountable items (FedEx, UPS, Certified Mail).
• Packages and labels non-hazardous and hazardous materials per courier rules.
• Coordinates and transports bulk mail items.
• Follows client SOPs and maintains records of customer inquiries.
• Monitors packages for hazardous and suspicious materials.
