Conduent is hiring a Mailroom Document Processor in Richmond, VA for an in-person, onsite role supporting a healthcare services team. The position requires strong accuracy, time management, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass a required drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate a document scanner to digitize claims and support documents.
• Assist with incoming mail intake, sorting, prepping and document preparation of medical claims.
• Perform repetitive duties in a high-speed environment; remove staples, repair torn documents, and insert patch sheets.
• Place claims into bins based on sorting rules and policies.
• Provide data entry for documents into the client system log.
• Support other mailroom tasks as needed.
• Read and follow client requirements precisely.
• Lift and move boxes weighing 30-40 lbs.
