Job summary

The position offers a 40-hour work week, with training pay of $16.00 per hour. Benefits begin Day 1, and occasional overtime may be required based on workload.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Clear criminal background check required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Some experience in a mail center preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Sorts, images, documents, files, and archives by form type.
• Deliver and collect mail and place into correct locations.
• Stuff envelopes for mailing and delivering.
• Maintain storage of documents in the company warehouse.
• Assist with pulling documents from specific boxes.
• Receive, sort and process mail, packages and supplies as they arrive.
• Scan and operate scanning machine to rescan mail for review.
• May require sitting and/or standing for lengthy periods.
• Maintain strong attention to detail.
