Job summary

Crescent Energy seeks a Mail Room Technician to handle the efficient processing, sorting, and distribution of mail and packages across offices in Houston. You will coordinate with carriers, track deliveries, and support daily administrative tasks with a focus on accuracy and service.

Responsibilities include maintaining mailroom records, assisting with shipments, and providing backup reception coverage as needed. Prior mailroom or logistics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in mail services is a plus.
• Experience in mailroom, shipping/receiving, or facilities support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages to internal departments.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers and obtain signatures when needed.
• Maintain records, inventory, and use mailroom equipment and shipping software.
• Provide coverage for reception and assist with office moves or special projects.
