Job summary

Beusa Energy, Llc in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Mail Room Clerk to receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages, and to support shipping operations. You will operate postage meters and sorting equipment, track shipments, and maintain accurate shipping records.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to work independently as part of the Facilities Management team. Overtime may be required; standard hours are 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in mailroom, shipping/receiving, warehouse, or administrative roles preferred.
• Experience using shipping software and office equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Prepare outgoing mail and shipments using approved carriers.
• Operate postage meters, mail-sorting equipment, scanners, and shipping systems.
• Track and document packages; obtain delivery confirmations as needed.
• Coordinate with courier services and package delivery vendors.
• Keep mailroom supplies stocked and organized; notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Maintain records of mail and shipping transactions; assist with inquiries.
• Keep the mailroom clean and safe; support other administrative duties as needed.
