• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and overnight deliveries.
• Process outgoing mail using postal equipment and shipping software.
• Coordinate shipments through carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.
• Verify and track package deliveries and obtain signatures when required.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and package tracking records.
• Deliver mail and packages throughout corporate offices and designated departments.
• Assist employees with shipping requests, postage requirements, and package inquiries.
• Monitor and maintain shipping supplies, mailroom inventory, and courier materials.
• Operate mail processing equipment, postage meters, scanners, and package tracking systems.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Ensure confidential and sensitive documents are handled securely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe mailroom environment.
• Support office moves, records storage, and special distribution projects.
• Comply with company policies, safety procedures, and postal regulations.
• Provide coverage for reception, courier services, or other administrative duties as assigned.
