Kelly Services in Aurora, IL is seeking a Mail Room Assistant/Clerk to join a leading organization. Three shifts available: 1st shift 6am-2pm ($17.50), 2nd shift 2pm-10pm ($18.50), 3rd shift 10pm-6am ($20.50).

You will prepare outgoing metered mail, check barcodes, manage machine jams, and support mail room operations. The role requires basic English, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; overtime and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have basic understanding of English to follow safety and directions.
• Dependable, reliable, and able to work overtime with little notice.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing metered mail with correct date, postage, and barcodes.
• Identify and communicate barcode errors and misreads.
• Troubleshoot and clear mail piece jams from mailroom machines.
• Support extra duties to keep mail room operations running smoothly.
