PeopleShare by PROMAN in Aurora, IL is hiring Mail Processing Associates. Earn up to $20.50 per hour with weekly pay and overtime opportunities. Shifts run 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with overtime during peak season.

Qualifications
- Warehouse, production, assembly, manufacturing, or mail sort experience is a plus.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Available for overtime when needed.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Sort mail, letters, and small packages by ZIP code and destination.
- Scan mail for labels, barcodes, and postage accuracy.
- Identify damaged or unreadable mail for reprocessing.
- Load and unload trays, bins, and mail containers.
- Prepare shipments for distribution.
- Monitor automated sorting equipment.
- Move materials throughout the facility.
- Maintain production and quality standards.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
