PeopleShare by PROMAN in Aurora, IL is hiring Mail Processing Associates. Earn up to $20.50 per hour with weekly pay and overtime opportunities. Shifts run 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with overtime during peak season.

Formación

• Warehouse, production, assembly, manufacturing, or mail sort experience is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Available for overtime when needed.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsabilidades

• Sort mail, letters, and small packages by ZIP code and destination.
• Scan mail for labels, barcodes, and postage accuracy.
• Identify damaged or unreadable mail for reprocessing.
• Load and unload trays, bins, and mail containers.
• Prepare shipments for distribution.
• Monitor automated sorting equipment.
• Move materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
