Job summary

Sun Print Solutions, a Sun Litho Company, is seeking a Mail Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain direct mail equipment, ensuring USPS compliance and high-quality output in a fast-paced shop.

You will monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the team while upholding safety standards. The role requires four 10-hour night shifts (Mon-Thu) and 2+ years of mail operations experience in print production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of hands-on mail operations experience in a print production environment.
• 1+ years of Google Workspace usage (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
• Experience with safe pallet jack operation.
• Basic computer skills for job tracking and data entry.
• Ability to read small text, tickets, and technical instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain mail processing equipment (inkjet printers, folders, high-speed inserters).
• Follow job specifications and ticket instructions for every order.
• Schedule and prioritize mail projects to hit deadlines.
• Monitor equipment for speed, placement accuracy, and quality.
• Inspect printed materials and mail assembly for error-free work.
• Investigate and resolve quality deviations.
