Job summary

Immediate Mailing Services, Inc. is seeking a Print Production Associate to set up, operate, and maintain high-speed digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior digital printing experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, printing, fulfillment, or other production environments is helpful but not required.
• Willingness and ability to learn digital printing equipment and processes.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn equipment interfaces and production tracking systems.
• Ability to read and follow written job instructions, production specs, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain an orderly workspace.
• Effective communication with supervisors, operators, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain high-speed digital printing equipment.
• Assist with setup, preparation, and completion of daily print production jobs.
• Retrieve, organize, and prepare paper, printed materials, and production supplies per specs.
• Maintain accurate identification and separation of jobs to avoid mix-ups.
• Learn basic operating principles of high-volume digital printing equipment.
• Observe equipment control panels, queues, and production settings.
• Develop understanding of paper feeding, print alignment, and image positioning.
• Perform basic equipment functions under supervision after training.
• Verify printed output against samples and job instructions.
• Support quality control to minimize waste and delays.
• Prepare materials for upcoming jobs to reduce downtime.
