Job summary

Immediate Mailing Services is seeking dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team. Production Associates perform preparation, printing, inserting, sorting, quality control, packaging, and distribution of customer communications and mail products.

This full-time role offers 1st–3rd shift options with overtime during peak periods. No prior industry experience is required; we provide training for reliable, hardworking teammates who want to grow with a growing

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is preferred.
Ability to read, understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

Operate production, printing, inserting, sorting, packaging, and mailing equipment.
Perform quality checks to verify accuracy and compliance with requirements.
Load materials, supplies, and production components into equipment.
Package, sort, stage, and prepare finished products for shipment or mailing.
Follow standard operating procedures and safety standards.
Complete production documentation accurately and timely.
Identify quality concerns or equipment issues and notify leadership.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Assist with inventory movement and general production support.
