You will partner with sales and clients to scope work, build pricing models, and drive growth. The role requires 3+ years in data processing or production, 1+ year in supervision, and knowledge of data conversion techniques.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data processing, document management, mailroom operations, or a production environment.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Knowledge of security and compliance best practices related to handling sensitive customer data.
• Lean manufacturing or process improvement experience.
• Experience with high-volume mail sorting and scanning technologies.
• Understanding of data conversion techniques and quality control for electronic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end processing of returned mail and survey results; sorting, scanning, and converting data into electronic formats.
• Validate and prepare survey results for final electronic data files (CSV, delimited formats).
• Ensure security and privacy of sensitive documents and converted data.
• Lead QA to guarantee data accuracy and integrity in conversions.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to optimize workflows.
• Maintain compliance with SLAs, regulations, and security protocols.
• Generate reports on team performance, productivity, volumes, and error rates.
• Collaborate with sales and clients to scope projects and support pricing audits.
• Supervise scheduling, training, and development of associates.
