Job summary

JLS Mailing Services is seeking a Data Processing Lead to coordinate the inbound customer data workflow, manage the Data Processing team, and drive process improvements. The role involves partnering with Sales, Account Management, and technology vendors to ensure accurate data processing and secure handling of client information.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record in data processing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and detail orientation.
• Experience with data processing and workflow management is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage the Data Processing team and software applications to process inbound customer data files with accuracy.
• Analyze workflow, identify improvement opportunities, ensure compliance and data security.
• Lead project management, training, and documentation; mentor team members.
• Schedule work orders with department and coordinate with Sales and Account Management.
• Troubleshoot non-routine data processing issues and interface with vendors for implementations.
• Develop analytics and key metrics on cost, quality, time and efficiency.
• Participate in budgeting for data processing time and costs.
• Ensure SOC II Type II and HIPAA controls for data privacy.
