Responsibilities

• Open, sort, and stage incoming mail; remove checks and payments using extraction equipment.
• Prepare, log, batch, and stage documents and payments for automated processing.
• Operate mail-sorting and document-capture machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic data entry, verify transaction details, and balance batches.
• Follow SOPs and compliance policies to ensure data integrity and security.
• Prepare and dispatch outbound mail and completed batches.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to resolve issues and meet targets.
