Job summary

SSRS is seeking an entry-level mail processor to be the first line of processing incoming mail. The role requires independence and teamwork, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 10 AM–4 PM, in our Glen Mills, PA office.

This temporary position offers a quick growth path and potential base pay increases after requirements are met. Responsibilities include sorting mail, removing contents from envelopes, counting items, reviewing scanned images for accuracy, and entering data from scans.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong typing, computing and data entry skills are required.
• Type 50 wpm or better.
• Lift and carry as heavy as 40 pounds.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Sort and process incoming mail.
• Remove mail contents from envelopes.
• Count and organize mailing contents.
• Review scanned data images for accuracy.
• Enter data from scanned images.
